WELCOME NEW HOMEOWNERS
Dear New Homeowner:
Welcome to our neighborhood and congratulations on the purchase of your home! On behalf of the Four Seasons Farm Homeowners Association Board of Directors and the other homeowners of Four Seasons Farm, we would like to welcome you to your new home and our community. Over the coming months we look forward to meeting you whether it be walking down the street or a community activity. The operation of your homeowner’s association is governed by a board of volunteer directors.
The community elects the Board of Directors to oversee the daily functions and financial responsibilities of the Association. The Board is also responsible for maintaining members’ compliance with the established covenants and bylaws of the Association. They have specific provisions regarding what can and cannot be done on your property. Please take the time to read the Bylaws and Covenants documents you received during the home purchase process. Copies are available on the community web site.
Our community web site at: http://www.fourseasonsfarm.org is the official communication channel between the Board of Directors and the membership. Upcoming activities and events, announcements, a community calendar, a neighborhood forum, deed restrictions and bylaws, architectural review forms, and volunteer committee information can all be found there.
Please take a few minutes to visit and familiarize yourself with its resources and get to know your community and neighbors through the Forum. The web site provides ready answers to most of the questions homeowners have. If you don’t find the information you need there, the Board of Directors can be contacted through the email link at the bottom of the home page. Please remember to register on the “Forum” section with a valid email address to insure delivery of important communications from your HOA Board.
HOA Updates as of March 3, 2024
Greetings homeowners & residents,
Wishing that all of you, your family members and loved ones are doing well in the current environment we are living today.
Here are some of the concerns I've received from our community:
1. Are HOA Deed Restrictions are still being enforced? Yes they are!
2. Phase 1 - Need a new volunteer to keep monthly posting - Also need sign power wash & clean and trees and shrub maintained. (Working on it).
3. Homeowners Account Status - Home Assessment Dues - 50 Homeowners still owe some, or all for their 2022 and previous years Home Annual Assessments dues.
4. The Board has received several Request For Modification Forms Please visit the HOA website and visit the Association Management Tab and review the following:
a. Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions
b. Architectural Guidelines & Restrictions
c. Architectural Guidelines Amendment
Please review these policies since it covers the do's and don't s of what a homeowner can do.
Listed below are some of the letters some homeowners have received as of February 2024:
1. 43 homeowners unfixed open violations
2. Over 30% of homeonwers behind on their annual assessments
Thank you for reading and adhering to these guidelines.
Juan Zea, HOA President

On April 1, 2020 Census Day started, the day that determines who is counted in the 2020 Census and where they are counted. The U.S. Constitution mandates a census of the population every 10 years. Responding to the 2020 Census is easy, safe and important, and is key to shaping the future of communities. Census statistics are used to determine the number of seats each state holds in the U.S. House of Representatives and informs legislative district boundaries. They also inform how hundreds of billions of dollars in public funds are allocated by state, local and federal lawmakers to communities for public services and infrastructure like hospitals, emergency services, schools and bridges each year over the next 10 years.
The Census Bureau is strongly encouraging the public to respond to the 2020 Census online using a desktop computer, laptop, smartphone or tablet. You can respond online or by phone in English or 12 other languages. There are also 59 non-English language guides and videos (plus American Sign Language) available on 2020census.gov ensuring over 99% of U.S. households can respond online in their preferred language. It has never been easier to respond on your own — all without having to meet a census taker. This is really important with the current health and safety guidance being provided by national, state and local health authorities.
Some households — in areas less likely to respond online — have already received a paper questionnaire along with their first invitation. Households that have not responded online or by phone will receive a paper questionnaire April 8-16.Agenda
